(BELOW VIDEO)  A poor previous attempt at removing the dent!  See this a lot, we as Experts see this all over the country.   Many of these dents are not repairable after a (do it yourself) attempt is made, but this one was able to be saved.   We work off of reflection, and this is why you will see lines or reflection of lines in almost all my videos.  "Perfection is in the reflection"  and "The lines don't lie".   I always like to explain to my customer how to use reflection and show them the repair at all angles and with the lights on the original spot when I'm finished, and to keep the lights on the repair until they are finished with their final inspection of the Paintless Dent Removal service that they have received.
