"This 2014 Grand Cherokee had a 2 inch crease in the aluminum hood.  The dent was located in the front of the hood, which would be considered "obstructed" cause there is no direct access to the area of metal that is dented, and would add time to the repair.  This dent was removed with the Paintless Dent Removal process by Michael Bocek at the customer's location.
