This 2016 Subaru Outback recieved a large dent in the rear gate in a shopping plaza in Springfield Illinios. The dent did cross the body line as seen in the images which made the dent removal process more complex and time consuming, however after doing a thorough inspection during the estimating process, I was confident that this damage could be removed with the pdr process. I scheduled this repair to take about 3-4 hours. This Customer was very happy with the end result, and was very pleased that he was able to maintain the original factory finish. The interior trim of the rear gate was removed to gain access, all this work took place at his home here in Springfield IL. Dent Expert Michael Bocek
