Directions
To Springfield: take I-72 / US-36 west into Springfield. The shop is at 550 North Street, Suite 2.
To Lincoln: take Pershing Road to Route 121 and follow 121 northwest all the way into Lincoln, where it comes in on North Kickapoo Street. The shop is at 2009 N. Kickapoo St in Lincoln, right next to Graue Chevrolet Buick.

Whether hail is covered, and what you pay out of pocket, depends on your policy and your insurance company. Call them, get a claim number, and then call us. In Illinois you are not required to use your insurance company’s suggested shop, though if your shop charges more than theirs you may have to pay the difference (Illinois Department of Insurance). Illinois rules also say an insurer shall not require you to travel unreasonably to get an estimate or to have the car repaired at a specific shop it recommends (50 Ill. Adm. Code 919.80(d)(1)(B)). Choosing to drive to us is your call.
